Registration for the conference has now closed.

Cancellation Poilcy
All cancellations must be received in writing at least 14 days prior to the event. A cancellation fee of 25% will be charged on all cancellations between 8 and 2 weeks prior to the Conference; thereafter the full fee will be charged.
Conference details are given in good faith. The Conference organisers reserve the right to change the content of the programme and the speakers without prior notification.
If you have registered but find yourself unable to participate, your registration can be transferred to a colleague within your own organization. An administration fee of £25.00 will then be charged. Please inform the Conference administrator by e-mail to hrd@whymangroup.com
Arrangements for final submission of papers
Please note that as the Conference programme is now being finalised, we are unable to accept any individual requests from authors in relation to the presentation of papers.
The final date for the submission of completed papers/posters is Tuesday 5th May 2009.

Conference Registration and Attendance
At least one author for each paper or proposal must:
- Be registered for the conference by Wednesday 22nd April 2009 for the paper to be included in the conference;
- Commit to either attending throughout the conference in order to present at any time or to indicate to the organisers on submission of the completed paper which day they will be attending.
