Newcastle Business School enjoys partnerships with some of the top Asian universities. As a UK business school, we have a large and established presence in Hong Kong with a high number of students enrolled on our programmes. HKUST is ranked as the Number One business school in Asia and City University is ranked among the top 200 universities in the world by The Times Higher Educational Supplement. We have a highly successful student exchange programme and offer a diverse range of postgraduate and undergraduate programmes.

The School of Professional Education and Executive Development (SPEED) is a self-financed unit of Hong Kong Polytechnic University dedicated to the provision of professional, continuing education and executive development courses, particularly for mature learners.

Founded in 1999, the school offers a diverse range of full-time and part-time study programmes leading to PolyU SPEED and overseas academic awards, in partnership with various PolyU departments and renowned overseas universities. It also offers credit-bearing courses under the Credit Accumulation Mechanism, which is a flexible lifelong learning framework, and other executive development programmes. These programmes have been well received with thousands of students enrolled so far.

Exciting new developments will see SPEED moving delivery of its programmes to new campus sites in Hunghom Bay and West Kowloon during 2007/08.

The core business of Imperial Consulting is management and leadership development. In addition to this, it also leverages on the expertise of the faculty of American Management Association (AMA) and other consultants to provide value-added development and consulting services to its clients. In partnerhsip with Newcastle Business School, Imperial Consulting deliver an MSc in Business Leadership.

UEM: The UEM Group Berhad started out as United Engineers (Malaysia) Berhad in 1966, and over the years has built a reputation as Malaysia's leading conglomerate in the building of infrastructure. Newcastle Business School has established links with the top ranking universities in the PRC. We operate a joint MBA programme and a franchised undergraduate business programme in Wuhan and Ocean University, based in the leading commercial centre in PRC. We have also operated a joint MBA programme at UIBE for almost five years.

Zhengzhou is Newcastle Business School's oldest partner institution in China and is a highly ranked university. We operate a joint MBA programme and have a franchise agreement for an undergraduate business programme on the University's brand new campus.

ABW/AIM are our franchise partner in Germany where they offer the BA IBM programme at both their sites. The College also integrates NBS programmes in to their own portfolio. Accadis were the first private college in Germany to be granted Hochschule status in 1994, NBS co-operate on accadis's MBA programme alongside Frankfurt University. Newcastle Business School are involved in student exchanges with partners throughout Germany.

Newcastle Business School is also involved with Accadis (Bad Homburg) in the delivery of its MBA in Germany and there are plans to launch the Newcastle Business School MBA programme with ESC La Rochelle (France) within the next two years.
