INTRODUCTION
This 3-day introductory programme is all about enabling you to bring genuine bottom line value to your organisation. With more and more organisational work taking the form of projects, this intensive course provides you with the knowledge and skills you need to enhance your competencies within a HR environment.
The programme comprises a 3-day introduction to Project Management led by experienced HR practitioners and project management specialists, which includes training on and the use of Microsoft Project Software. You will cover topics such as assembling a project team, keeping projects on schedule and within budget as well as examining project risk and much more.
The programme is delivered in September and October in Maynooth and again in November in the Midlands (Ireland) region. No prior project management experience is necessary.

Project Management for HR Professionals is aimed primarily at the HR community but will also be suitable for other professionals that work closely on people related projects. It is aimed at equipping you with the practical tools you need to participate in lead and manage a wide range of HR and change related projects.
